Set the View Name to 'Record Exercise', select 'Exercise Log' next to this data, set your View Type to 'Form' and set the Position to 'Left'. Go to UX>View and click on New View. Name this view "Log Book", select "Workout Log" as your data, select "Table" as the view type, and set the position to "Right".
At this point, we already have a working app that allows us to record and review our workouts. However, being the data geek that I am, I like to use graphs and charts to track progress. Basically, we'll create an interactive dashboard with charts that display the stats of your favorite exercise. This step is a bit more involved, so feel free to skip it if you want - it's your app after all!
